Howard's background includes over 20 years of commercial lending experience, including management of sales, credit, documentation and collection personnel. He began his career working with Healthcare and Service Professionals nationwide at Banc One Leasing Corporation approximately 15 years ago. Howard is responsible for the origination, credit underwriting and documentation within this new ICF business unit. Boles graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting. He and his wife reside in Westerville, Ohio with their daughter and son.
		Lisa A. Lisa’s background includes over 15 years of commercial and consumer lending experience, including management in sales, syndication, retention, collections and portfolio management. Lisa came to PPAF after many years of lending experience with Bank of America and their Practice Solutions division. From start-ups, acquisitions, refinances, work-outs and most recently Syndication; Lisa has expertise in Dental, Medical, Veterinary and Optical practice loans. Lutz graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and after completing Hondros College, Westerville, Ohio continues to hold an active Real Estate Sales License in seven states. Certified in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Finance. Currently residing in Reynoldsburg, OH, Lisa volunteers for several non-profit organizations; including participation in Ohio Health's Cancer Survivor programs and sponsorship activities.
		Michael P. He has over 20 years experience in banking, commercial lending and financial services. His career in Healthcare Finance began at Banc One Leasing Corporation, and has included credit and operations management positions at Mid Am Credit Corp., Sky Financial Solutions and MBNA Practice Finance. King graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance, and has an MBA from Capital University. He resides in Delaware, Ohio with his wife and two sons.
		Rebecca A. She brings 10 years of financial services experience related to Contract Management specific to the Leasing & Lending Industry. Rebecca began her career with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as a Documentation Analyst for small ticket equipment leasing, practice acquisition financing, municipality, and private & public sector transactions. She then joined the Real Estate division as a Documentation Manager handling all Real Estate transactions and closings for Home Equity Loans, Lines of Credit, Draw Notes, and Construction Notes. Odenwald holds an Ohio Real Estate Sales License and is certified in Real Estate Law, Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Finance from Hondros College, Westerville, Ohio. She resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband and two children.
		Diane L. Eleyet Contract Administrator Professional Practice Acquisition Finance 8820 Commerce Loop Drive Columbus, OH 43240 Phone: 614.847.3602 Fax: 614.847.3726 E-Mail: diane.eleyet@irwincf.com Diane joined ICF in December 2007 as a Contract Administrator for Irwin Commercial Finance's Professional Practice Acquisition Finance group. She brings more than 10 years of personal and commercial financial experience to ICF. Diane began her career in the industry with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA; she managed a staff of documentation specialists that prepared closing documents, booked and funded home equity loans and lines of credit. Diane then moved to Private Client Services as a documentation coordinator and was responsible for personal and commercial transactions as well as assisting with underwriting. Prior to starting with Irwin, Diane handled Equipment Leasing transactions as an Operations Specialist. Diane resides in Westerville, Ohio with her little one, Scooter.
